Shipping & Returns

Overview

This page explains how we ship both Sample Boxes and bulk wholesale orders from Delhi, India to our partner markets, who is responsible for customs and duties, and how we handle damage, defect, or quality claims.

Sample Box Shipping

Sample Boxes are dispatched from Delhi via international courier once payment is confirmed through Razorpay. Typical transit time is 18 to 25 days, depending on destination country and customs processing on arrival. You will receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp once your Sample Box has shipped.

Bulk Order Dispatch Times

Once a bulk order is confirmed and production begins, dispatch timelines depend on your partnership tier:

Dispatch times are counted from order confirmation and advance payment receipt, and are quoted in good faith based on current mill capacity at the time of order.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All Toppers United shipments are quoted FOB Delhi unless otherwise agreed. This means:

• We handle export documentation and customs clearance on the India side.
• The buyer (you) is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any local compliance requirements in the destination country.
• We recommend working with a local customs broker or freight forwarder in your country for the smoothest clearance experience, especially for first-time bulk shipments.

Damage or Defect Claims

Every garment passes a 32-point quality inspection before it leaves Delhi. If you receive units with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred in transit:

• Notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp) within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• Include photos of the affected units and your order reference.
• Verified manufacturing defects will be replaced or credited on your next order, at our discretion. Cosmetic variations consistent with natural fabric and dye-lot variation are not considered defects.

Sample Box Returns

The Sample Box is a paid audit kit, not a retail purchase, and the 25 garments inside are yours to keep regardless of your decision to proceed with a bulk order. Because of this:

• Sample Boxes are not returnable once shipped.
• If you decide not to place a bulk order, no further action is needed; you simply keep the $75 portion of your Sample Box fee that is not credited toward a bulk order.
• If you do place a qualifying first bulk order within 90 days, $220 of your Sample Box fee is credited toward that order automatically.

Bulk Order Returns

Because bulk orders are manufactured to your specification (sizes, colourways, branding), they are not eligible for return once dispatched, except in the case of a verified defect or damage claim as described above. Any change to quantity, sizing, or specification must be requested in writing before production begins.
