1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing a Sample Box or bulk order with Toppers United, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Nature of Business
Toppers United is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale exporter of premium kidswear, manufactured in India and exported to retail and distribution partners in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and other African markets. We do not sell single units to individual consumers; our minimum order quantities (MOQs) are structured for wholesale buyers only.
3. The Sample Box Program
The Sample Box is a paid, one-time audit kit for prospective wholesale partners, priced at $295. It includes 25 garments, a full set of fabric swatches, and our complete wholesale price list.
- $220 of the Sample Box price is credited toward your first qualifying bulk order, placed within 90 days of receiving your Sample Box.
- The Sample Box fee is otherwise non-refundable. If you choose not to proceed with a bulk order, you retain the $75 difference in value and no further obligation exists on either side.
- One Sample Box credit may be applied per business entity. It is non-transferable to a different company or partner.
- Sample Box orders are processed through our secure Razorpay checkout on this website.
4. Partnership Tiers & Bulk Orders
Bulk wholesale orders are organised into four partnership tiers, based on order volume:

Tier terms, including dispatch timelines and margins, may be revised from time to time and will be confirmed in writing for each order at the time of quotation.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Sample Box payments are collected in full, upfront, via Razorpay at the time of order. Bulk order payment terms (advance percentage, balance on dispatch, etc.) are agreed individually per partnership tier and confirmed in a written order confirmation before production begins. All prices are quoted FOB Delhi unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Quality Assurance
Every garment is mill-direct sourced and passes a 32-point inspection before dispatch. Details of our quality process, and how to raise a defect claim, are set out in our Shipping & Returns page.
7. No Exclusivity, No Lock-in
We do not require exclusivity contracts or minimum-term commitments from our wholesale partners. Each bulk order is its own agreement; continuing to order with Toppers United is by choice, not contractual obligation, unless a separate exclusivity agreement is explicitly signed by both parties for a specific market or tier.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, photography, and written content on this website are the property of Toppers United and may not be copied, reproduced, or used to misrepresent affiliation without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toppers United's liability for any claim arising from a Sample Box or bulk order is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business or anticipated profits.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from an order placed with Toppers United shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or placement of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
